Beret Flash Description: On a shield-shaped embroidered item with a semi-circular base 2 1/4 inches (5.72cm) in height and 1 7/8 inches (4.76cm) in width overall, divided diagonally scarlet over blue from upper left to lower right, a white diagonal band from upper left to lower right, all edged with a 1/8 inch (.32cm) white border.
The Flash was originally approved on 5 Jan 1967.
